At All American Powerwashing LLC, we pride ourselves on delivering professional, high-quality service with safety and care as our top priorities. Our technicians are fully trained and experienced in using power washing equipment and techniques, ensuring surfaces are cleaned properly and safely.

We always tailor the pressure and cleaning method to the surface type, using low-pressure washing on delicate areas when necessary. However, certain types of damage may be unavoidable due to factors beyond our control, including poor maintenance, neglect, pre-existing deterioration, or low-grade construction materials. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure proper routine maintenance and that all surfaces are sealed and watertight prior to the scheduled service. All American Powerwashing LLC cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from these pre-existing conditions.

Pre-Existing Damage

On the day of service, our team will inspect the area to be cleaned and document any visible pre-existing damage on a checklist. This checklist will be reviewed and signed by the client before work begins. If the client is not present, our technician will note their absence, take supporting photos, and notify the client of any findings. If new damage is discovered during service, all work will pause until the client can review and acknowledge the issue.

Landscape and Plant Care

We take care to protect your landscape and plant life during our cleaning process. That said, services are often performed during peak daylight hours, which can cause leaf burn if water sits on leaves under direct sunlight. While we use plant-safe methods and precautions, we ask that clients inform us in advance of any plants that are already stressed, wilted, or vulnerable. We are not responsible for damage to plants or landscaping that was already in a compromised state prior to our arrival.
