General Service Disclaimer

All American Powerwashing LLC provides professional exterior cleaning services using commercial-grade equipment and environmentally responsible cleaning agents. While we take every reasonable precaution to avoid damage and ensure a high-quality outcome, our services are subject to certain limitations and risks inherent to pressure washing and soft washing processes.

Limitations of Liability

  • Pre-Existing Conditions: All American Powerwashing LLC is not responsible for any damage resulting from pre-existing issues, including but not limited to cracked siding, chipped paint, deteriorated wood, oxidized surfaces, or compromised seals and caulking.

  • Material Vulnerability: Some building materials, especially older or low-quality surfaces, may not withstand even low-pressure washing. While our technicians adjust cleaning methods accordingly, we cannot guarantee that damage will not occur in these circumstances.

  • Surface Wear and Discoloration: Cleaning may reveal pre-existing fading, stains, or inconsistencies in color caused by sun exposure, mold, mildew, or natural wear that cannot be reversed through power washing.

Plant and Property Protection

  • While we take measures to protect landscaping, vegetation, and exterior décor, All American Powerwashing LLC is not liable for plant damage caused by water exposure, heat reflection, or chemical sensitivity unless due to direct negligence.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to cover or remove sensitive items and identify any areas of concern prior to the start of service.

Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure all windows and doors are tightly closed and properly sealed.

  • Move any furniture, decorations, or valuables away from the cleaning area.

  • Inform us of any known issues with the home’s exterior or landscaping prior to service.

Service Acknowledgment

By proceeding with our services, the Client agrees to release All American Powerwashing LLC from liability for damage due to pre-existing conditions, material weaknesses, plant sensitivity, or failure to follow the above responsibilities.
